Expensya Expensya is now integrated into TravelPerk’s offering

Two business travel start-ups are combining their strengths in a complex environment: TravelPerk has chosen to integrate Expensya’s solution via API, as made official on September 21. The booking solution dedicated to business travel – booking flights, hotels, trains and rental cars – thus integrates natively the expertise of the French start-up specialized in travel expenses. The result is an end-to-end unified travel & expense platform that automates the management of expense reports and includes a reporting component for better travel policy management.

Responding to our customers’ needs is paramount, which is why we worked on an automated and agile integration with TravelPerk to offer companies a new generation 2-in-1 travel & expense tool,” said Marie Teresa Rendo Botana, Senior Sales Manager. ” Companies need innovative suppliers to support them in their desire to manage and control their entire process, with ease and digitalisation

“, she adds.

Specifically, invoices and all travel-related services are automatically retrieved from TravelPerk and integrated into the Expensya application. This immediately speeds up the transmission, verification and approval of expenses, and each of these transactions is available within 24 hours in the Expensya application.

The integration with Expensya was quick, easy and seamless,” said Kelly Jewison, Head of Product Partnerships & Business Development at TravelPerk. ” Customers can benefit from end-to-end travel expense management, from reporting to intelligent validation. This is a must for any modern business looking to optimise their travel budgets and take them

to the next level.”
