As the pandemic epidemic continues to have its ups and downs, there is still total uncertainty about the conditions for entry into all countries. HenceAir France ‘s decision to extend the conditions for total flexibility of its air tickets.

As part of its Air France Protect programme, the airline allows passengers to modify their reservations or obtain a refund free of charge and without justification up to the day of departure. The measure was previously valid until 31 December 2021.

Thus, any Air France ticket for a trip until 31 March 2022 can be modified at will:

  • A modification free of charge. This includes the possibility of changing the date and/or destination of the ticket. Regardless of the fare conditions of the ticket.
  • A full refund. If the fare conditions of the ticket do not allow a refund, a credit note valid for one year will be issued. The customer may request a refund of this credit note at any time.

These operations can be carried out until the day of departure of the first flight. Customers who have booked directly with Air France can carry out these operations directly online. They can also contact the customer relations centres.

Customers who have booked through a travel agency are invited to contact their sales outlet.

Details of the commercial measures are available at all Air France sales outlets and can be consulted on the airline’ s website.

If the price of the new ticket is higher, the difference in fare will be charged to the customer.
