In October, its lifestyle brand Hotel Indigo will open in the seaside town of Cagnes-sur-Mer with an 87-room property, including seven suites, with a sophisticated design.

Three more new IHG properties are expected in 2022, the first of which will be in Corsica. Scheduled for spring 2022, Holiday Inn Express Ajaccio will see this budget brand appear on the Isle of Beauty with a 71-room hotel, located on the seafront. Back on the continent in the middle of the year with the French debut of the Staybridge Suites extended-stay brand in the centre of Cannes, a five-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette. In addition to suites with kitchenettes, the Staybridge Suites Cannes Centre will also offer a swimming pool and a meeting room.
