kwerk Saint-Honoré, a new luxury office building, located at 18 rue de Courcelles, in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
Known for its luxurious offices and workspaces, kwerk
continues to roll out its offer in the heart of the Parisian central business district. After a first address launched in 2016 on rue de la Bienfaisance, in the 8th arrondissement, followed by kwerk Haussmann in 2017 and kwerk Madeleine (2019) -, is moving to 18 rue de Courcelles.
Called kwerk Saint-Honoré, the location offers more than 6,000 square meters of custom-designed office space and 1,110 square meters of outdoor space with, for the first time, a 90-cover restaurant reserved for members of the kwerk network and their guests, run by Brazilian chef Alessandra Montagne. With a large green terrace and a private room for intimate business meals, it is open from breakfast to aperitif time, with a menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, but also products from the Paris region, in a locavore and organic spirit.
With a monumental lobby and contemporary design, and a “dream forest” as a creative concept on every floor, including the rooftop, the kwerk Saint-Honoré remains true to its luxury DNA, with each client able to choose the surface area they need – from 9 to 400 m2 per floor – and the organization of their space. But the place also declines the will to develop the well-being at work of its members through its Wellworking program, one of the signature elements of kwerk mixing among other things yoga or Pilates classes, boxing, meditation rituals and Ayurvedic follow-up.
More than 550 square meters of space are dedicated to kwerk Saint-Honoré with two rooms dedicated to group classes, a room with Technogym cardio machines, a room dedicated to massages and meditation, and nine changing rooms with individual bathrooms. which has its business counterpart in the form of a “creativity room” for about 30 people, a social place where teams can stimulate their creativity. A team of ten people, in the manner of luxury hotels, is dedicated to the animation of all the services of the place.
After this inauguration, other openings are expected. ” With its new positioning, kwerk’s ambition is to double its total surface area in Paris within three years and to expand into the English market in London,” announced Lawrence Knights, co-founder of kwerk.
I’m Michelle, and I love to travel. As a former hotel expert for one of the world’s largest hotel chains, I’ve stayed in nearly every type of room imaginable (including many that were not so desirable!). Nowadays, I am fortunate enough to be able to explore the world on my own terms. From international flights to learning different languages, there is nothing too far out of reach!
