Future Innside Madrid Valdebebas hotel, from the Spanish Melia group.
Having just arrived in the heart of Madrid, with a hotel on the famous Gran Via
, the Melia Group’s lifestyle brand Innside is already planning to offer a second address in the Spanish capital, more precisely in its northern outskirts, in Valdebebas. This residential area, close to the airport and the IFEMA congress center, also known as the home of Real Madrid’s training center, is booming with the ongoing development of the Valdebebas Fintech District on more than a million square meters or the announced establishment of a new courthouse. A spectacular bridge, the “Puente de la Concordia”, will soon connect the neighborhood to the airport area, bringing the future hotel even closer to Madrid Barajas Terminal 4 and placing it a five-minute drive from the IFEMA exhibition center.
Developed by the Pryconsa Group, a real estate investor that also plans to build an ultra-modern private hospital right next to the hotel, the establishment intends to position itself as the benchmark establishment in Valdebebas, playing on its lifestyle bias and design sense. The future INNSiDE Madrid Valdebebas will offer 273 rooms, a bar and a restaurant as well as a gym, but also a 405 m2 rooftop with a swimming pool and lounge bar. The project also includes the construction of a convention center and a multi-purpose event hall on more than 4,500 square meters in the business district.
I’m Michelle, and I love to travel. As a former hotel expert for one of the world’s largest hotel chains, I’ve stayed in nearly every type of room imaginable (including many that were not so desirable!). Nowadays, I am fortunate enough to be able to explore the world on my own terms. From international flights to learning different languages, there is nothing too far out of reach!
