Fairmont TokyoThe Fairmont Tokyo hotel, expected to open in 2025, will have 219 rooms

So we’ll have to wait until 2025 to see Fairmont take its first steps on the Japanese market. The Fairmont Tokyo project was unveiled at the end of May by the Accor group. While information about this first establishment remains sketchy, we do know that it will be an address with 219 keys. These will be installed in the upper floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura project, and will overlook Tokyo Bay. This location should enable Fairmont Tokyo to attract a significant share of business travelers, especially since Tokyo-Haneda Airport is accessible in less than 20 minutes by car. The proximity of Hamamatsucho Station is also emphasized by the project’s managers.

Among the other business assets of the Fairmont Tokyo, there is also a meetings & events offer with meeting rooms and reception rooms. As for wellness, the establishment will have a spa, a fitness center and a swimming pool. Fairmont’s first Japanese address is also expected to feature three restaurants and bars.

We are delighted to welcome Fairmont Tokyo to our portfolio of great hotels, providing a stunning backdrop where glamour meets culture, and where guests and locals will come together to create memories,” promises Garth Simmons, Accor’s managing director for Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea. ” Like all Fairmont properties around the world, the hotel is set to become the epicenter of Tokyo’s social scene and will bring a new level of personalized service and thoughtful luxury to the city

,” Garth Simmons continues.
