Expensya lance une offre de cartes de paiement MasterCard. Expensya launches a MasterCard payment offer.

Expensya

has been specializing in expense management since 2014 and has added a payment solution to its portfolio. Based on virtual or physical MasterCard immediate debit cards, this new offer allows companies to cover the entire expense spectrum, from validation to the act of purchase to its accounting integration.

This launch is the result of several trends, including the increase in card payments and the acceleration of telecommuting, which is driving companies to equip their employees with remotely accessible payment solutions. However, while the management teams of very small businesses often have corporate cards at their disposal, many employees still have to pay in advance or use a company card that they share among themselves. This is why there is a lack of visibility, control and monitoring of expenses, which this new solution aims to remedy.

In fact, finance departments can create a card for one of their employees in a few seconds, in a dematerialized form. The card can be used immediately online and is also contactless with Google Pay and Apple Pay. If necessary, a physical card can also be ordered. In addition, with a few clicks of the mouse, the card can be configured to define the terms of use, including payment limits, spending hours and days, and the types of purchases allowed. Expensya adds an additional level of security by linking the use of payment cards to budget envelopes approved by managers.

With this payment module, Expensya now offers an all-in-one platform, from budget validation to accounting integration. ” We are delighted that this payment offering is growing as it was a need expressed internally. We plan to equip our employees with virtual cards for marketing purchases and physical cards for regular trips,” said Marc Lemarchand, Administrative and Financial Director France, Domino’s Pizza.
