L'appartement Coliving by Adagio. The Coliving apartment by Adagio.

The project was already in the works for a year

, but now it’s here: Adagio has unveiled its Coliving apartment concept at the Adagio Paris Bercy establishment. The long-stay brand interprets this new societal trend not as a community accommodation solution for guests from different backgrounds, but thought for groups of friends or work already formed, with apartments that can accommodate up to 12 people.

The aparthotel chain, a subsidiary of Accor and Pierre & Vacances, turned to the Numéro 111 studio to design this architectural concept, based on a modern, urban design that blends styles and influences and plays on both intimacy and conviviality. In terms of accommodation, the Coliving by Adagio apartment is composed of 4 to 6 rooms with private bathrooms and toilets, as well as storage space and a personal work area. With their oak furniture in warm colors, these bubbles of intimacy allow travelers to isolate themselves from their colleagues when the time comes.

However, the specificity of this concept is also, and above all, based on its convivial aspect with a spacious hub where the community can meet. The nerve center of the apartment, this open space responds to the different uses of daily life with two spaces separated, without being partitioned, by a large open library. While in the Leisure configuration, the apartment is organized on one side around a large equipped kitchen and a recreational space in the living room, the Business configuration is obviously more adapted to a studious use.

Thus, the large high table in the kitchen, equipped with sockets for computers, serves as a collective work space, while the television in the living room allows presentations on a large screen. A living room that has as its comfortable centerpiece the Togo sofa from Ligne Roset. A leather sofa with a timeless design accompanied by armchairs and footrests for relaxation. Note that the decorative accessories and tableware offered in the apartments are the result of Adagio’s recent association with Monoprix and its Monoprix Maison range.
