Located in the heart of Singapore, 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences offers 85 apartments.
Like other hotel groups, Accor has made no secret of its desire to expand its residential accommodation offering. In this context, the French group is preparing to play on the lands of two major players in the long-stay hotel industry, Ascott and Frasers Hospitality

, the residence offers 85 units ranging from 36-square-meter studios to two- and three-bedroom apartments and a 175-square-meter penthouse. All have fully equipped kitchens and are equipped with a Nespresso machine, a Bose audio-visual system, in addition to free high-speed WiFi. For breakfast, relaxation and meetings, 8 on Claymore Serviced Residences offers a Club Lounge, which also includes an outdoor swimming pool and a 24-hour gym.
Following the takeover of the property, Accor will undertake a soft renovation of both the guest rooms and the public areas by mid-2022. As for the brand that will be affixed to the long-stay hotel, it has yet to be defined. As a former hotel expert for one of the world’s largest hotel chains, I’ve stayed in nearly every type of room imaginable (including many that were not so desirable!). Nowadays, I am fortunate enough to be able to explore the world on my own terms. From international flights to learning different languages, there is nothing too far out of reach!
